• If you click “Accept” on our cookie banner: information about how you use this website, such as the pages you visit, the Call, WhatsApp, Email, Map, 360° and brochure buttons you click, your device and browser type, your approximate location (city level) and how you reached us. Your IP address is anonymised before it is stored.
• Basic technical records (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) that our website hosting provider keeps to run and protect the website.

This website has no sign-up or enquiry form, so we do not collect your details through the website itself.

What we do with the information we gather

We need this information to understand your needs and give you a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

• To reply to your enquiry, share plot availability and pricing, and arrange a site visit.
• Internal record keeping.
• To improve this website and our services (only using analytics data when you have accepted cookies).
• To contact you about Oka Resorts, such as plot updates, offers or events, if you have enquired with us. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with our own team, with people who help us serve you (for example, staff arranging your site visit), or when the law requires it. Messages you send through WhatsApp or email also pass through those services, which have their own privacy policies.
